PRIVACY POLICY

In order to function as a local charity providing meals and services to homeless and vulnerable people in Herefordshire, Hereford Open Door retains (Google Cloud Storage) some personal information given by volunteers, donors and suppliers. Contact details (e.g. name, address, mobile and landline telephone number, e-mail address) are used to notify volunteers of the monthly rota and other essential information (e.g. health and safety issues, food hygiene courses) and to send thank you letters/receipts to donors. Bank details (account numbers and sort codes) needed to pay suppliers or reimburse volunteers are stored by HSBC Bank plc.

Hereford Open Door does not use third party services (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect, process or store personal information. We do not pass any personal information onto third parties with the exception of bank details (see above).
